Truth be told, our brains are wired to judge others. The problem is that how we think determines how we feel, and how we feel determines how we act. Caring for people around us, then, means we must first address how we think. This session will be a fun, engaging opportunity to identify some of our cognitive biases and learn how to reframe them so that we can care for others more sincerely.
